My heart belongs to Daddy {Atlanta Baby Photographer}

That's what her onesie said, but I think it goes both ways: Daddy's heart is definitely wrapped around her tiny finger. Scot seems to have the magic touch with Ellie Rae, whether it's laying her on his chest to sleep or strumming a lullaby on his guitar.

Drove to South Carolina today to spend a bit of time with my cousin Heather and her husband Scot, who just welcomed a daughter on Tuesday. Little Ellie Rae is just beautiful, and strongly resembles her Daddy. It was a brief visit, but I'm so glad I went. Here's a quick preview...

A few more from yesterday's session. Lil guy was not sleepy at all, but "awake" only meant one eye open most of the time! His mom says that's a typical face for him right now.



I had made this hat and thought it would look good on him.....it did, although it seemed a shame to cover up that hair.

Today I got to meet my friend Stacy's baby. Lil Bub is 5 days old, and what a sweetie! His grandmother and aunt were there to visit, so I got to see what a blessing he is to not only Stacy and Wendell, but also the rest of the family.

JUST got back from this session (and some quality time with friends Tania and Scott). Hard to believe that it all started here with their engagement session.  Couldn't resist getting a few edited....she is SO beautiful. 

Something new and different

There's been LOTS going on lately, but I finally found some time to try some new actions on a shot from a recent session. I like it! Also edited this using my old monitor, now connected to my laptop. Bigger screen and better color resolution equals better editing. I hope.
