Sabrina and Chris-Wedding at Lake Lanier Islands {Atlanta, GA Wedding Photographer}

It's been a hot and busy summer so far but I'm so excited to share Chris and Sabrina's beautiful wedding at Lake Lanier Islands in Buford, GA. There were SO many lovely details, not to mention the wonderful moments that happened between the happy couple and their family and friends. The whole day was full of joy, punctuated by Sabrina's radiant smile and the quiet but happy glow Chris was giving off.  Everything went very smoothly from beginning to end, thanks to Jackie Raez and her team at Smooth Tie-the-Knots.

The hair and makeup......exquisite.  Drew DeLaney and Stacy of Velvet Salon did an amazing job.

Every bride should feel this way on her wedding day!

Sabrina's beautiful bridal gown was hanging, ready to go, as her sweet baby cousin took a nap.

Sabrina's dress was light and filmy to suit the summer setting, with rosettes and beading on the bodice.

For the first look Chris went out onto the lawn near the ceremony site and sat in one of the vintage chairs rented for the occasion.  The look on his face when he saw Sabrina for the first time was awesome.

Can you tell how windy it was?

They just look so......darn.....happy!

Absolutely ADORE the vintage furniture Sabrina selected for the wedding.  We used it for these portraits as well as the photobooth setup during the reception.

We drove around the resort and took advantage of several locations for pictures, including this spot overlooking both the golf course and the water.

Somewhere along the way we lost a flower out of a bouquet and someone popped it behind Chris' ear.  He was such a good sport!

It's too bad the wedding party were such stiff, unexpressive people.  :o

Not sure if this was supposed to be spirit fingers or jazz hands....
